Privacy policy

Data controller

The data controller is BROCORENS Terence Vincent Caroline Joel Dominique, operator of Agikod, reachable at terence@insmk.com and at the address stated in the legal notice.

Data we process

• Public data from analysed websites: domain, pages, professional content, products, prices, commercial policies, published professional contact details and supporting evidence.
• Account and claim data: email address, claimed domain, verification status and single-use sign-in links.
• Technical and security data: IP address transformed into a non-reversible fingerprint for quotas, technical logs, sign-in dates, session information and application errors.
• Subscription data: plan, subscription status, technical order identifiers and relevant dates. Agikod never receives or stores the full payment-card number.
• Messages voluntarily sent to support.

Purposes

• Produce and publish a factual assessment from publicly accessible information.
• Enable profile claims, authentication and secure dashboard access.
• Provide monitoring, comparisons and features included in the subscription.
• Prevent abuse, limit automated analyses, diagnose errors and protect the service.
• Handle support, the contractual relationship and legal obligations.

Legal grounds

Depending on the processing, Agikod relies on performance of the requested service or contract, consent where required, legitimate interests in security and service improvement, and compliance with legal obligations.

Providers and international transfers

Necessary data may be processed by providers outside Morocco: Render for hosting and the database, Resend for transactional emails, Anthropic for selected structured extraction from public pages, and Lemon Squeezy for payments and subscription management once enabled. Agikod limits transfers to what is necessary for the service.

Retention

• Sign-in links: 20 minutes; sessions: up to 30 days unless signed out or revoked earlier.
• Profiles and assessment results: while useful for the service and updating public information, subject to a legitimate correction or objection request.
• Account and subscription data: during the contractual relationship, then for the period required by accounting, tax, evidence and dispute obligations.
• Technical and anti-abuse logs: only as long as required for security, diagnostics and fraud prevention.
• Support requests: for the time needed to process them and protect Agikod’s rights.

Cookies and local storage

Agikod only uses items necessary for operation: a secure session cookie after sign-in and, on selected pages, browser storage to remember the profile from which the visitor arrived. Agikod installs no advertising tracker.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or erasure of your data, object to processing or request restriction where the law permits. Email terence@insmk.com and identify the account or profile concerned. Proof of identity may be requested only where necessary to prevent disclosure to another person. You may also contact Morocco’s National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).

Public profiles and corrections

If a public profile contains inaccurate, excessive or no-longer-public personal information, contact terence@insmk.com. Agikod will review the source, correction and, where justified, removal or restriction of the information.

Security

Agikod applies proportionate technical and organisational measures: access control, single-use links, secure sessions, request limiting, secrets kept outside source code and limited logging. No system can guarantee absolute security.
