    Service terms

    Terms of sale and use

These terms govern use of Agikod and, once payments open, subscriptions for listing and monitoring.

    Version dated 6 October 2026

Payments are not open yet. Once enabled, the price and terms displayed at checkout will be shown before any order and will prevail.

    1. Identity and purpose

Agikod is operated by BROCORENS Terence Vincent Caroline Joel Dominique, Self-employed entrepreneur registered in Morocco. The service analyses public information, creates company profiles and gives eligible customers access to corrections, progress and monitoring.

    2. Free assessment and profile

The first public assessment and viewing the profile are free. Claiming a profile triggers no payment. Automated analysis may be refused or delayed for security, capacity, robots.txt, website availability or quota reasons.

    3. Subscriptions

Paid plans activate the features described on the offers page. The quarterly plan is displayed at €24.99 per month and billed at €74.97 every three months. The monthly plan is displayed at €34.99 per month. Final features, billing cycle and price are summarised before payment.

    4. Order, payment and taxes

Once payments are enabled, Lemon Squeezy will act as Merchant of Record: the customer purchases from Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment, indirect taxes, invoices, refunds and chargebacks under its terms. The total, applicable taxes and currency are displayed before confirmation.

    5. Renewal and cancellation

The subscription renews automatically on the selected cycle until cancelled. Future renewals may be cancelled through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or support. Unless mandatory law says otherwise, access remains active until the end of the paid period and no further payment is taken afterwards.

    6. Immediate start

After payment confirmation, activation, the first index and paid features may start immediately at the customer’s request. Where applicable law provides a withdrawal right, its conditions and any exceptions connected with immediate performance remain fully applicable.

    7. Customer obligations

    • Provide accurate information and use an email address under their control.
    • Claim only a business they are authorised to represent.
    • Do not circumvent quotas, disrupt the service, mass-extract data or attempt unauthorised access.
    • Review corrections before publishing them and comply with the laws applying to their business, products and communications.

    8. Nature of results

Agikod scores, indices, comparisons and recommendations describe information observed and its evolution inside the Agikod system. They do not measure an official position with an AI provider. Agikod guarantees no citation, recommendation, ranking, traffic, new customer, revenue or future compatibility with an AI agent.

    9. Availability and changes

Agikod aims for reasonable availability but may temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, security, incidents or technical changes. Features may evolve without materially reducing the service already paid for during the current period.

    10. Liability

Agikod provides decision support, not legal, tax or commercial advice. The customer remains responsible for their website, products, statements and published changes. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

    11. Intellectual property

Customers retain their rights in their content. They authorise Agikod, for as long as required to provide the service, to read and process their store’s public information and information they confirm. Agikod software, methods, interfaces and proprietary content remain owned by their rights holder.

    12. Suspension

Agikod may suspend access in the event of fraud, non-payment, security risk, abuse or serious breach of these terms. Where circumstances allow, the customer is informed and may remedy the issue.

    13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Moroccan law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country. The parties will first seek an amicable solution. Otherwise, jurisdiction is determined by mandatory applicable rules.
